This company is a well-established non-profit organization committed to driving positive change through impactful community initiatives. They are seeking a dedicated Senior Financial Accountant to join their dynamic finance team in Pretoria East.

In this role you will be responsible for managing the full financial accounting function overseeing reporting processes and ensuring compliance with relevant financial and statutory requirements. - Preparation and review of monthly and annual financial statements
- Management of the general ledger and reconciliations
- Overseeing budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
- Ensuring adherence to IFRS and NPO regulatory requirements
- Liaising with auditors and managing audit processes
- Leading and developing finance team members
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting qualification completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
- Minimum of 7 years post-articles experience
- Previous exposure to the NPO sector (advantageous)
- Strong financial management and reporting experience
- Proven people management and leadership skills
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication abilities
