Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cleaning operations across diverse client sites.
- Align site operations with Tsebos strategy and service level agreements.
- Drive innovation sustainability and continuous improvement.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high service standards.
- Manage budgets forecasts and labour costs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with OHS ISO and Tsebos internal standards.
- Oversee recruitment training and performance management.
- Promote health safety and environmental sustainability.
- Adopt and implement cleaning management software and smart systems.
