Job Summary
- Conduct data analysis to support quality improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports to visualize quality metrics and trends.
- Collect clean and organize quality-related data from various sources (e.g. ALM tools test reports 5why report).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand quality requirements and support continuous improvement activities from function team.
- Document findings prepare presentations and assist in reporting to stakeholders.
- Support other tasks assigned by the supervisor related to quality assurance and process improvement.
Qualifications :
- Major in Computer Engineering Electrical-Electronics Electronics-Telecommunication Mechatronics Engineering Data Science or related fields.
- Available for a full-time internship (5 days/week).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel Python or Power BI).
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and defect management is a strong advantage.
- Good at mathematics; knowledge of AI critical thinking skill is a strong advantage.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
