Your mission
- Work with our European team of consultants and clients in order to grow TA Europe Iberia
- Develop existing and new client relationships with focus on international investors owners and banks
- Win new business in Spain and beyond for our international real estate business lines Transactions Management and Sustainability
- Strengthen and grow our service delivery capacity and capabilities in Spain and beyond
- Strengthen the profile of TA Europe Iberia
Your experiences
- Extensive experience in one or more of TA Europes business lines
- Proven success in client relationships business development and sales in consultancy
- Deep understanding of our Spanish market; Spanish nationality or strong local ties
- Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages such as Portuguese Catalan German or French are a plus
- International experience and strong network within the real estate industry as well as experience as a speaker at industry events
