Job Summary

Schwarz Digits creates the technological foundation for digital sovereignty in Europe. As the IT and digital division of the Schwarz Group we develop and manage the IT infrastructures for the retail divisions Lidl and Kaufland as well as Schwarz Production and PreZero. At the same time we operate as an independent provider in the external market to support companies across Europe in their digital transformation. We bundle our core services in the areas of Cloud Cyber Security Data & AI Communication and Workspace.

Your Tasks

Product Vision & Strategy: You actively shape the future of several STACKIT Data & AI products and describe this in a product vision and strategy.
Stakeholder Management: You are the central point of communication for all relevant stakeholders such as customers our sales units and other STACKIT Services. You know the needs of our stakeholders and can prioritize them according to their relevance for implementation to maximize the overall added value for our customers.
Product Development: You are responsible for the development of your STACKIT Data & AI products and their market success. An experienced and motivated developer and engineering team supports you in the implementation.
Roadmap & Planning: You derive concrete product capabilities from individual requirements and develop a reliable roadmap with the developer and engineering team including derived release and sprint planning.
Market Overview: You are familiar with technical trends and the competition and evaluate their functionality based on our customer requirements to implement them in a prioritized manner with the product team.
Cost Management: You keep an eye on the costs for your products and make decisions during planning and implementation based on economic criteria.

Your Profile

You are eager to make a big impact and significantly shape the solution with the latest cloud technologies.
You have several years of experience as a Product Owner or Manager and strong knowledge of cloud environments their solutions and architectures.
You have a very good overview of the cloud market regarding offerings and functional diversity.
Your ability to organize and prioritize in complex agile environments is something that personally distinguishes you.
You have significant experience in product management and requirement engineering and are happy to take responsibility in the role of a Product Owner or Manager.
You are a team player and motivate your environment and yourself to deliver peak performance.
You enjoy sharing your experiences and knowledge with your team.
You possess a quick grasp and feel comfortable dealing with new complex technologies in a fast-growing dynamic environment.
Your excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English form the basis for successful collaboration in international agile teams.
