DescriptionAs an Assurance 360 Performance Managerat Honeywell HPS you will play a pivotal role in managing Performance Based Contracts (Assurance 360 Contracts). You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery and performance of these contracts while maintaining the highest levels of customer this dynamic role you will interface directly with customers analyze performance metrics oversee incident management manage change processes andcollaborateacross various functional groups.
This role is open at Houston TX and Memphis TN locations with Travel up to 40% as required to customer sites.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary customer interface ensuring expectations requirements and communications are effectively managed.
- Monitor KPI Balanced Scorecard results; analyze and drive performance improvements.
- Oversee incident and escalation management ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage remote and onsite change activities including projects upgrades and updates following approved processes.
- Deliver project scope efficiently within budget and identify opportunities for scope growth.
- Ensure timely submission of Project Execution Plans and Monthly Program Reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional team activities to meet project and service goals.
- Maintain contract compliance with communication HSE and change management plans.
- Review system performance metrics identify issues and plan corrective actions.
- Supervise all upgrades migrations and On-Process Migrations (OPMs).
- Review and assess significant change requests including operational risk/benefit impacts.
- Advise on project activities affecting control systems and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Identify training needs and support customer competency development.
- Manage third-party contracts for quality timeliness and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with GTAC and TAC Performance teams on Service Requests and resource coordination.
- Ensure all products projects and solutions remain fully supportable across Honeywell.
- Travel up to 40% as required to customer sites.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences technology engineering or mathematics
- At least 6 years of experience in customer delivery within services and/or project environments.
- At least 6 years of experience with automation and process controls.
- Strong working knowledge of Honeywell DCS Platforms notably Experion systems.
