Job Summary
The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team in executing various tasks related to social media management vendor coordination and content creation. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a keen interest in digital marketing.
Position Responsibilities:
Email Management:
- Manage daily correspondence and ensure timely responses within the Marketing inbox.
Social Media Coordination:
- Support the planning scheduling and coordination of social media content.
- Liaise with vendors and assist in the review and approval process for marketing posts.
- Update social media assets including stories highlights and thumbnails.
Content Creation and Copywriting:
- Contribute to the development of marketing content for campaign and events.
- Draft and proofread social media captions event write-ups and promotional materials.
Vendor and Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with external vendors on creative deliverables and timelines.
- Support the preparation of digital assets and project materials.
Event Support:
- Assist in event logistics preparation of marketing materials and post-event reporting.
Administrative Tasks:
- Update website content prepare marketing reports and assist with general administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Able to commit from May 2026 to Aug 2026
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
