Job Summary
Amazon Leo is Amazons low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. As a Principal Technical Business Development you will lead partnerships for device OEMs and chipset manufacturers. You have demonstrated expertise in negotiating highly technical commercial deals global device and chipset manufacturers.

Key job responsibilities
Demonstrated expertise in driving complex deals with device OEMs and chipset manufacturers
Deep understanding of 5G protocols and systems implementation
Expertise in 5G standards
Strong executive presence and business writing financials and communication skills
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met to enable global services
The role will include up to 25%-50% of business travel.

This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. Citizen in order to comply with U.S. government-imposed requirements related to the nature of the work and/or where it will be performed.
- 7 years of developing negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 7 years of professional or military experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments or as a practice leader or business unit owner
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $158400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $262000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
