Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical
Location: Seneca SC 29672
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights 4x12-Hour (7:00 PM 7:30 AM) Option of 48 or 36 hours per week
Pay Rate (Travelers): $2071 Weekly

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical for a 13-week contract assignment in Seneca SC. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical judgment adaptability and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients following established policies and standards.
Monitor assess and document patient conditions and progress accurately.
Administer medications perform treatments and manage IV lines as prescribed.
Collaborate with physicians interdisciplinary teams and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes.
Utilize Epic EMR for accurate and timely documentation.
Float to other qualified units as required.
Adhere to infection control safety and ethical nursing practices.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelors degree).
License: Active South Carolina or Multistate RN License (Required).
Certifications:
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Required
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Epic EMR.
- Acute care hospital experience preferred.
