Job Description:

As a Senior BI Analyst at Skillz you will play a key role in building a trusted data ecosystem driving analytical insights and enabling data-backed decision-making. Youll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver clear actionable insights streamline reporting and develop scalable data models that influence business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Align dashboards with updated logic and definitions; ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting.
• Provide weekly KPI commentary and explain business performance trends to stakeholders.
• Audit consolidate and streamline dashboards to improve reliability and reduce redundancy.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights that drive measurable business impact.
• Build reusable Snowflake models and automate key dashboards and business review reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance drivers and share actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in business intelligence analytics or data strategy roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau; experience with Snowflake or Python preferred.
• Strong understanding of data modeling dashboard design and performance measurement frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights and business narratives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on driving outcomes.
• Experience or passion for the gaming industry preferred.
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Analytics Business Economics Statistics Engineering or related fields (preferred not required).
