The Workflow Manager Wrike will be a key leader in this transformation responsible for optimising workflows driving efficiency and embedding AI-powered automations across the marketing and communications functions to increase overall effectiveness.
This role requires strong product experience to build optimise and scale the global marketing workflow collaboration platform. The successful candidate will own platform governance SLA design automation implementation and stakeholder-led prioritisation standardising project templates and campaign workflows to deliver consistent scalable and efficient marketing operations worldwide. The candidate will also have experience leading AI automation and platform integration initiatives with a strong technical background in embedding AI-powered workflows and driving operational efficiencies in large-scale marketing operations.
We Will Count on You To:
- Lead the transformation of marketing operations by integrating intelligent process design with advanced technology to optimise workflows and drive operational efficiency.
- Own and manage the enterprise marketing workflow platform (Wrike) ensuring seamless project intake tracking automation and platform scalability.
- Standardise project templates and campaign workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency across global marketing and communications teams.
- Embed AI-powered automation solutions within Wrike and integrated MarTech platforms to reduce manual tasks and improve operational accuracy.
- Lead the integration of the marketing workflow platform with our internal generative AI assistant requiring hands-on experience in AI automations and system integrations to drive seamless intelligent workflow enhancements.
- Prioritise workflow enhancements and automation initiatives based on stakeholder input balancing business needs and technical feasibility.
- Optimise cross-functional collaboration with Marketing teams as well as our brand creative digital social media events internal communications and media relations centres of excellence.
- Develop and deliver organisational training programs to enhance cross-functional alignment stakeholder trust and reduce onboarding time.
- Continuously monitor workflow performance metrics identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce errors.
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide leadership with insights on workflow adoption SLA compliance and process improvements.
What You Need to Have:
- Track record of optimising campaign workflows and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience developing and delivering organisational training programs.
- Proven experience as a product owner or platform owner for workflow or project management systems in large-scale global organisations.
- Demonstrated success in standardising project templates and optimising campaign workflows to increase operational efficiency and collaboration.
- Strong background in SLA design implementation and enforcement within marketing or operational contexts.
What Makes You Stand Out:
- 5 years of experience in workflow management project management or marketing operations with hands-on expertise in Wrike or similar project management platforms.
- Hands-on experience embedding AI-powered automations at scale increasing speed to market and efficiency.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands and drive consensus.
- Deep knowledge of Wrike and its integration with MarTech stacks including Microsoft Dynamics Adobe and other platforms.
- Strong data skills with experience creating dashboards and reporting metrics to measure workflow efficiency and enable data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams across digital creative compliance and brand governance.
