Working Student for Quality Support Functions / Data Administration and Maintenance in Aconex Field to support our QA Manager due to high workload for Client NC ReportingJob Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Management Quality team for the Merkur Offshore Windfarm with operational and administrative daily tasks
- Compile and file various QA related documents
- Assist with project management QA activities
- Supplement and revise documents and presentations
- Participate in reporting and the creation of statistics and analyses
- Support on Customer QA reports
- Maintain and analyse data in MS Excel Smartsheet Aconex Field Box
Your Profile:
- Studies in Electrical Engineering Business Administration Industrial Engineering Sustainability or related fields
- Digital native proficient in tools such as MS Office MS Excel (including PivotTables) Smartsheet
- Independent reliable and structured working style with a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills customer orientation and excellent teamwork abilities including in virtual teams
- Finally: very good English skills native German speaker preferred (German customer)
