Director of IT, S4HANA Delivery & Integration

As the Director of IT S/4HANA Delivery & Integration for Honeywell Aerospace Technologies you will lead a global team responsible for driving the architecture delivery and process enablement supporting Honeywells enterprise-wide S/4HANA transformation. Your leadership will be central to delivering a cohesive and scalable IT landscape that underpins Honeywell Aerospaces growth strategy and operational excellence.

This is a high-impact role that requires a proven transformation leader capable of aligning technology delivery data and process integration across a complex business ecosystem.

You will report directly to our VP of Lead to Cash and S4 Transformation and youll work out of one of our Phoenix AZ or Charlotte NC locations on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor global technology teams across architecture process enablement and analytics to ensure successful delivery of S/4HANA programs and integrations.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery ensuring all S/4 releases integrations and deployments meet quality cost and schedule expectations.
• Partner with cross-functional business and IT leaders to align technology strategy with business transformation goals and Aerospace & Defense industry standards.
• Drive integration across ERP CRM CPQ PLM MES and data platforms to enable a unified digital ecosystem.
• Implement delivery frameworks and KPIs that track progress manage risk and measure value realization.
• Promote the use of analytics automation and AI-driven insights to enable proactive decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance cybersecurity and audit frameworks maintain operational integrity across systems and processes.
• Foster a One Team culture emphasizing collaboration accountability and innovation.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 8 years of progressive experience in IT program delivery ERP transformation or enterprise architecture roles.
• 5 years of direct experience leading S/4HANA (or equivalent ERP) transformation programs within large complex global organizations.
• Deep understanding of integration architectures middleware and data governance in multi-system environments.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale multi-year programs with measurable business outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional stakeholder management influencing senior executives and driving strategic alignment.
• Strong knowledge of program governance delivery excellence and risk management frameworks.
• Experience applying analytics and performance management tools to monitor delivery progress and enable data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional leadership communication and change management skills to drive enterprise adoption and cultural alignment.

WE VALUE

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in IT and business process management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Experience leading diverse teams and fostering an inclusive work environment.
• Prior experience in Aerospace & Defense or other highly regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience with RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud or hybrid ERP deployment models.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology Agile/SAFe and DevOps for ERP delivery.
• Exposure to integration with Salesforce CPQ PLM MES or manufacturing execution systems.
• Experience leading M&A or divestiture IT integrations within ERP landscapes.
• Professional certifications in PMP ITIL Lean Six Sigma or Agile methodologies.
