Responsibilities

Senior HR Manager Commercial forHoneywell International Inc. (Atlanta GA)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Play a critical and influential role in shaping the HR strategy and driving HR initiatives at Honeywell Building Automation.
  • Responsible for providing strategic direction and executive leadership to the Commercial functions ensuring the alignment of HR programs and practices with business objectives.
  • Partner with senior leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies processes and programs that foster a positive work environment drive employee engagement and support the growth and success of the organization.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the assigned functional leaders.
  • Specifically support the following functions: marketing pricing channel sales excellence and sales.
  • Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
  • Own monitor and improve HR Metrics and KPIs.
  • Drive a culture of performance results and positive employee relations.
  • Coach leaders on talent management and performance differentiation.
  • Execute staffing processes at all levels within the business and develop staffing strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of quality candidates.
  • Deliver talent management processes organizational assessments earning strategies and leadership development.
  • Implement competitive compensation benefits and reward and recognition programs.
  • Develop implement and improve HR policies processes and programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Qualified applicants must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Human Resources or a related field and 7 years progressive HR experience with a complex multinational company.
  • Must have 7 years of experience with the following: experience of HR policies procedures and best practices.
  • Must have 5 years experience with the following: experience in a global and matrixed organization; proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency in global scale change management activities and execution.
  • Must have a SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.
  • Up to 5% domestic and international travel required.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Job Site: Atlanta GA
  • 40 hours/week
  • Eligible for Employee Referral Program: $1500
  • If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
