ResponsibilitiesSenior HR Manager Commercial forHoneywell International Inc. (Atlanta GA)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Play a critical and influential role in shaping the HR strategy and driving HR initiatives at Honeywell Building Automation.
- Responsible for providing strategic direction and executive leadership to the Commercial functions ensuring the alignment of HR programs and practices with business objectives.
- Partner with senior leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies processes and programs that foster a positive work environment drive employee engagement and support the growth and success of the organization.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the assigned functional leaders.
- Specifically support the following functions: marketing pricing channel sales excellence and sales.
- Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
- Own monitor and improve HR Metrics and KPIs.
- Drive a culture of performance results and positive employee relations.
- Coach leaders on talent management and performance differentiation.
- Execute staffing processes at all levels within the business and develop staffing strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of quality candidates.
- Deliver talent management processes organizational assessments earning strategies and leadership development.
- Implement competitive compensation benefits and reward and recognition programs.
- Develop implement and improve HR policies processes and programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE:
- Qualified applicants must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Human Resources or a related field and 7 years progressive HR experience with a complex multinational company.
- Must have 7 years of experience with the following: experience of HR policies procedures and best practices.
- Must have 5 years experience with the following: experience in a global and matrixed organization; proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency in global scale change management activities and execution.
- Must have a SHRM-SCP certification.
- Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.
- Up to 5% domestic and international travel required.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Job Site: Atlanta GA
- 40 hours/week
