Your Role
As a Carbon Health Primary Care Physician youll provide compassionate patient-centered care while being part of a high-performing collaborative team.
What Youll Do
Conduct patient-focused history and physical exams
Provide basic womens health services including Pap smears
Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans
Care for adult patients (no pediatrics)
Interpret x-rays labs and EKGs
Manage patient flow efficiently with Central Support assistance
Provide leadership for your team of MAs and support staff
Supervise assigned PAs/NPs
Manage a patient panel with an emphasis on quality outcomes
About You
Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and unrestricted DEA license
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state
Committed to patient-centered relationship-driven care
Comfortable providing basic womens health services
Passionate about innovation continuous learning and technology-driven care
Skilled at fostering a positive respectful team environment
BLS and/or ACLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health

Full Time Salary (40 hours per week):
