More about the role

As a QA Specialist you will operate as the quality guardian at every stage of GoLemons fulfilment pipeline. Depending on the day or shift you may be deployed to:

• Inbound receiving: checking the quality freshness weight and condition of products from suppliers.
  
• Storage areas: monitoring temperature freshness handling and rotation practices.
  
• Processing: ensuring that cut blended or portioned products meet hygiene and specification standards.
  
• Shopping hall: monitoring and checking the quality and conditions of items on shelf before shopping.
  
• Order readiness: serving as the final checkpoint before orders leave for customers.
  

You ensure that every product entering moving through or exiting the facility meets GoLemons standards of freshness accuracy hygiene and safety.

This role is hands-on detail-driven and central to delivering a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Quality checks throughout the fulfilment flow

You will:

• Inspect inbound products for quality freshness and suitability.
  
• Monitor produce conditions in storage (temperature rotation handling).
  
• Check processed items for accuracy hygiene and correct labelling.
  
• Verify items during and after shopping to prevent errors.
  
• Perform final quality checks before orders move to the loading bay for delivery.
  

Error prevention & issue escalation

You will:

• Flag damaged expired or low-quality items instantly.
  
• Identify shopping errors mislabels or mishandling.
  
• Work with Shopping Inventory and Processing teams to correct issues in real time.
  

Documentation & continuous improvement

You will:

• Keep accurate records of inspections and issues.
  
• Report recurring problems and suggest improvements.
  
• Maintain strict compliance with hygiene safety and quality standards.
  

Requirements

What youll bring

This role is friendly to recent graduates NYSC members and early-career talent who are eager to learn.

You should have:

1. Some experience or exposure to quality control warehouse operations food handling or supply chain (internships or entry-level roles are acceptable).
   
2. Strong attention to detail - you naturally spot inconsistencies or quality issues.
   
3. Ability to work across different areas of the fulfilment process and adapt to different demands.
   
4. Good communication skills for coordinating with Fulfilment Inventory Processing and Delivery teams.
   
5. A positive attitude reliability and a strong sense of accountability.
   
6. Degree or equivalent experience (not required).
   
7. Comfort working in a shift-based (morning and night) and high-volume operational environment.
