Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging student-centered lessons in Physics for Classes 9 and 10 in alignment with the CBSE/ICSE/state board curriculum.
- Develop and implement lesson plans teaching aids and assessment tools that promote conceptual clarity and application-based learning.
- Conduct regular classroom assessments evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Utilize laboratory experiments and hands-on activities to reinforce theoretical concepts and encourage scientific inquiry.
- Collaborate with the academic team to align teaching strategies with institutional goals and curriculum updates.
- Mentor students in science projects competitions and Olympiads to nurture talent and promote STEM interest.
- Maintain accurate academic records and participate in parent-teacher meetings academic reviews and staff development sessions.
- Stay updated with advancements in physics education and integrate modern pedagogical practices into classroom instruction.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Physics (. or equivalent) with a . qualification (or equivalent teacher training certification).
- Minimum of 510 years of proven teaching experience in a recognized school or educational institution.
- Strong subject knowledge in Physics with expertise in CBSE/ICSE/state board syllabus for Classes 910.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective lesson plans and assessments.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and classroom technology to enhance learning.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to student-centered learning professional development and institutional values.
- Valid teaching certification (e.g. TGT eligibility as per state education board or NCTE norms).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in mentoring students for science fairs Olympiads or competitive exams.
- Familiarity with inquiry-based learning and project-based teaching methodologies.
- Knowledge of student assessment frameworks and data-driven instruction.
