Job Summary

Were looking for caring patient and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as SEN Teaching Assistants supporting children with autism Down syndrome ADHD and other learning differences. Youll work alongside teachers and therapists to help children communicate engage and reach their full potential.

Whether youre creating sensory activities supporting emotional regulation or celebrating small daily milestones youll play an essential part in shaping brighter futures every single day.



Requirements


Experience supporting children with SEN / additional needs is ideal but not essential
  • Candidates may include teaching assistants nursery practitioners youth mentors new graduates or individuals with childcare paediatric first aid or nursing experience.

  • Patience compassion and strong communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers therapists and parents

  • Creativity and organisation to plan and deliver engaging activities

  • Commitment to supporting childrens development and emotional well-being

  • Weekly pay via PAYE

  • Full-time Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 3:30 pm (no evenings or weekends)
