Requirements
Experience supporting children with SEN / additional needs is ideal but not essential
Candidates may include teaching assistants nursery practitioners youth mentors new graduates or individuals with childcare paediatric first aid or nursing experience.
Patience compassion and strong communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers therapists and parents
Creativity and organisation to plan and deliver engaging activities
Commitment to supporting childrens development and emotional well-being

Weekly pay via PAYE
Full-time Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 3:30 pm (no evenings or weekends)
Term-time schedule with school holidays off
200 referral fee for referring a friend who joins
