Provide new initiatives process and service improvements
Cross functional knowledge on Network VMware Windows components
Knowledge on PCI DSS standard and procedures.
Ensure SLA compliance at the administrative level.
Work closely with the Third party teams/vendors and to manage escalations.
Responsible in owning and responding to Incidents Problems and Change records
Manage the configuration installation deployment and upgrades of all Unix/Linux server operating systems.
Responsible in Back up management with offsite tape vendor coordination.
Provide the Disaster recovery support.
Provide server builds server upgrades and patching.
Creation of scripts on demand basis as a part of automation.
Scheduling of backups and handling restore requests.
Addition/Deletion and Modification of DNS records and coordinate with the vendor for public DNS records.
Coordinate with the cross functional teams and provide immediate help for critical is-sues.
Responsible in owning and responding to Incidents Problems and Change records.
Share the Best practices and lessons learnt to the team.
Troubleshooting escalated operational issues and provide workaround fix within SLA
Attend status update meetings with clients and attend control/incident bridge calls
Assess vulnerability reports and provide solution on priority to secure infra environ-ment.
