You will have

  • Enrolled Nurse
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Sound knowledge and experience working with people who are ageing from an enablement restorative and wellbeing perspective
  • Understanding of multidisciplinary teamwork and the ability to multi-task.
  • Proven ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop goal orientated care plans
  • Computer and technology skills to enable use of contemporary systems
  • Skilled to engage and motivate consumers families staff and stakeholders.
