We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility variety and career growth while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility a geographic group of facilities or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.

Based on your Geographic location you may be eligible for relocation assistance up to $8000!

CNA Resource Pool Job Summary:

Join our Resource Pool team as an Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). As a CNA with us you will provide direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures. Assist the healthcare team in coordinating prioritizing and communicating patient physician and staff needs. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will also assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.

The CommonSpirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the CommonSpirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility a geographic group of facilities or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.

Enterprise Pool 1:

• Base rate $1.50/Hr. Pool Differential Eligible for evening night and weekend differentials
• 1 facility preferred location/closest to home
• At least 2 applicable units - Must work in at least 2 applicable units.

Enterprise Pool 2:

• Base rate $3.00/Hr. Pool Differential Eligible for evening night and weekend differentials
• Must be able to travel to the 5 hospitals assigned

Enterprise Pool 3:

• Base rate $4.50/Hr. Pool Differential Eligible for evening night and weekend differentials
• For Enterprise Pool Tier 3/Systemwide hires dependent on location individual assignments may qualify for a $2500 payout each. Subject to change.
• Must be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado Kansas and Utah). Dependent on assignment travel may be eligible for mileage reimbursement and lodging.

Benefits:

• PRN: 15% PRN Differential - Not eligible for benefits
• Full Time/Part Time: Benefits eligible based on FTE eligibility
  

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following:

• Required Experience:
  • 1 year of Acute care (hospital) experience required
  • Ability to read write speak and understand English
  • Basic computer skills

• Required Education:
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program Required

• Required Licensure/Certifications:
  • State registered CNA license required
  • BLS from the American Heart Association required

Physical Requirements -Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs frequently and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
