Position Overview:

Were seeking a dedicated Cosmetology Instructor who is passionate about making a difference in students lives. The ideal candidate is a true team player follows direction well and is committed to fostering a positive growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:

Teach and mentor students in hair nails esthetics and/or advanced esthetics programs and Barbering

Provide hands-on instruction and practical demonstrations in a clinical setting

Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to deliver a cohesive high-quality education

Model professionalism safety and current industry standards

Support students progress confidence and readiness for state board exams

What Were Looking For:

Licensed Cosmetologist

Previous teaching or mentoring experience preferred but not required

Strong communication skills and a positive supportive attitude

Ability to follow established curriculum and school protocols

Passion for teamwork student success and making a difference
