A day in the life as a Main Kitchen Chef de Partie:

Begin your day surrounded by stunning mountain vistas as you make your way to the lodge. As a Chef de Partie in the Main Kitchen you will be responsible for setting up your station to ensure smooth and efficient operations throughout your shift preparing high-quality dishes and maintaining clear communication with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef. During breaks enjoy direct ski-in ski-out access to the slopes and after your shift relax and connect with colleagues who share your enthusiasm for the outdoors.

What it takes to be Successful as a Winter Seasonal Main Kitchen Chef de Partie:

  • Strong culinary skills and experience in food preparation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

The Minimum Requirements to be Considered:

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a line cook or similar culinary role

What youll need to learn in the first 90 days to excel at this job:

  • Kitchen operations and food safety protocols
  • Food preparation techniques
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Safety and sanitation standards

Work Schedule & Location:

  • Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Located at the base of the Alta Ski Area offering unparalleled ski-in ski-out access
