Unit Description: In accordance with established policies procedures and regulations the Registered Nurse is directly responsible for attending to patients nursing needs in the office setting and over the phone. The Registered Nurse is responsible for the care and treatment of patients according to the standards of nursing practice. He/she will demonstrate a pleasant disposition to patients families and coworkers. Patient confidentiality will be maintained at all times. The Lead Nurse functions as a leader of the clinical support staff at the practice.

Education

  • Active unrestricted RN license in the State of Vermont.

  • CPR certification.

Experience

  • Mental and physical health sufficient to meet the demands of the position.

  • Professional appearance.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Effective organization skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately.

On-call: Not required.

Incentives: External candidates with 1 year of experience may be eligible for a one-time sign-on bonus of up to $10000. Additional terms and conditions apply.
