Job Summary
Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Full Time Physical Therapist for the OP clinic at an Independent and Assisted Living Community in Oklahoma City and Yukon OK. We are looking for someone who will provide quality patient care and be a team player.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist. You must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as a Physical Therapist.
