Job Summary
Warehouse Operative
Location:Carlisle (own transport necessary)
Hours:Monday to Thursday 9:00am 5:00pm Friday 9:00am 4:30pm
Salary:13.21 per hour
Contract:Temporary to permanent full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours) available
We are looking for a reliable and careful Warehouse Operative to join our warehouse team. This role is important to keep the warehouse running smoothly. You will help pick and pack orders manage stock and keep the workspace organised and safe.
Key responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and on time
- Unload check log and sort incoming goods
- Keep accurate inventory records and carry out regular stock checks
- Help with loading and unloading goods safely
- Keep the warehouse clean safe and organised
- Follow all company rules and health and safety procedures
- Good with computers and numbers
- Reliable careful and hardworking
- Organised and able to manage several tasks at once
- Works well as part of a small team
- Follows health and safety rules
- Able to do physical tasks such as lifting and moving goods
