Compensation: $17 per hour Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Cook to join our corporate kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas and related menu items in a fast-paced professional environment. This role requires attention to detail consistency in food preparation and adherence to food safety standards.
What Youll Do
- Be able to make in house from scratch dough (required).
- Prep items needed for any specials in this area such as diced peppers tomato onion etc.
- Prepare food items ensuring consistency and compliance with the Cafes recipes portioning cooking and waste control guidelines.
- Follow café guidelines concerning guest services food and physical safety maintenance and equipment/space cleaning requirements at all time.
- Safely and professionally use commercial kitchen equipment such as convection oven brick oven slicer mandolin etc.
- The hearth is a food concept that will offer pizza and small portioned food items. These items might need to be thawed or fabricated before day of service as part of this position.
- Help out in other areas that are busier with customers when you have time.
- Consistently take temperatures of equipment and food in order to maintain proper food safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical and Sensory Requirements
- This job involves regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and a kitchen environment with fumes airborne particles and moderate noise. Employees must have the physical stamina to stand for long periods reach bend stoop frequently lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks. Occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions extreme temperatures and vibration may occur. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
