In this role you will impact on the success of our software projects by providing technical guidance ensuring timely deliveries and collaborating with business leaders to align with overarching business objectives. You will work in the Electronics Test CoE which is chartered with leading the effort toward realizing greater Test software development efficiency and improved software quality throughout Aerospace Technology organization. To drive these initiatives the Electronics Test CoE has highly talented individuals to drive software architecture design best practices for Test solutions design and development across aero products.

You will report directly to ourSr Software Engineering Managerand youll work out of ourDeer Valley AZlocation on aHybridwork schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Requirements analysisand decomposition

• Model based development system design
• Systems integration validation & verification
• Customer interaction
• Project oversight and coordination
• Budget/schedule responsibility
• In this role you will:
• Provide strategic direction for systems engineering activities aligning them with the companys goals and objectives
• Drive innovation and guide the development of advanced systems
• Lead mentor and develop a team of systems engineers fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and excellence
• Regularly evaluate and provide feedback to team members
• Identify and mitigate risks and make data-driven decisions to keep projects on track
• Champion best practices in systems engineering and integration
• Collaborate with technical experts and thought leaders to drive technological advancements
• Present complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences technology engineering or mathematics
• Minimum 15 years applicable experience with at least 10 years of Aerospace
• C/CPythonJavaNI-LabView and Lab Windows CVI MATLAB VBAGitBitbucketDOORS JIRAMicrosoft Visual Studio
• Extensive Embedded Software design Development and Integration including Hardware Abstraction Layer Hardware Built-In Test (HBIT) Powerup and Continuous Built-In Tests (PBIT & CBIT)
• Project/Program Management for 15members team and multiple project
• Do-experience
• Arinc 429 422 CAN SPI I2C ASCB and A818 Experience
• System Architecture Modeling and Input Output Configuration SAMIOC/HARMONIC experience
• Ability to work on-site 90% of the time.
