Job Summary
JOB GOAL: Work with students to help them learn concepts in subjects such as Language Arts. Assist students in applying concepts they have learned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING:
- Bachelor Degree with 2.75 GPA.
- Hold an appropriate Tennessee certification license
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Effective decision-making and verbal and written communication skills
EVALUATION:Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with
provisions of the Boards policy on evaluation of personnel.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide an instructional program that is differentiated.
- Create a secure classroom climate.
- Analyze data and adjust your lessons accordingly.
- Plan develop implement and monitor with student success as your goal.
- Use available technology in your lessons.
- Communicate effectively with parents and students.
- Assist with others duties as assigned by the Principal
