If you are a fearless salesperson and have the drive to make a high volume of cold calls we want to talk with you! This is a full-time inside sales/biz dev opportunity with a B-B focus. You will have the chance to double your salary through uncapped commissions!
Key Responsibilities:
Qualify potential leads through various channels including cold calling emailing and text.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
Manage and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on lead interactions and status.
Conduct targeted outbound calls and emails to engage potential clients and introduce them to our services.
Execute follow-up strategies to move leads through the sales funnel and schedule appointments for the outside sales team.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including call volume lead qualification rate and assisted revenue wins.
Cold calling experience involving a significant volume of outbound call activity preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of sales processes lead generation techniques and qualification criteria.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
Proficient in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Zoho) and other sales tools.
High level of initiative and self-motivation with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing leads.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture.
Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
