DescriptionWe have an opportunity for a Service Contract Coordinator to join us at Honeywell in Heathrow where you will be responsible for Support the Field Service Leader to ensure that Honeywell Building Solutions meets its contractual requirements and exceeds customer expectations at the Heathrow Airport sites ensuring Honeywell meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators relating to the service delivery and provide daytime Engineering support and cover including isolations work. This is a fixed site role based at our customer site at Heathrow Airport.

Responsibilities- Support the Field Service Leader (FSL) focusing on service delivery and key metrics for the customer and be the on-site point of contact when FSL is not available.
- Updating and managing Honeywell activity on the customer service tool (Maximo) along with day to day delivery of the services including some customer meetings and performance reporting
- Work closely with the Honeywell support teams to ensure smooth order booking and invoicing as well as working the closely with the night-shift lead engineer to ensure works are scheduled and carried out appropriately.
- Providing engineering service during the day time shift in line with customer needs including isolations works
- Driving Health and Safety culture through the team and ensuring playbook is complete on time every month
Qualifications- Experience working within a fields projects or service environment ideally with fire systems engineering with hands on experience of large scale fire systems.
- Service delivery experience including standard processes and contract awareness.
- Decision making skills with the ability to make considered and effective decisions and take clear action to address issues
- Experience of Microsoft Office packages with It skills to ensure accurate completion of required documentation.
- Good customer facing skills coupled with effective communication skills at all levels
