Description
Title:Business Administration Instructor
Bargaining Unit/Salary Level:Salary and benefits commensurate with the Agreement between the MCCS Trustees and the MEA Faculty Unit. The salary range is in the $40000s to low $50000s depending on qualifications.
Responsibilities:Central Maine Community College seeks a Business Administration Instructor for our Business Administration and Management Department. This is a full-time faculty position primarily responsible to teach 15 credit hours per semester and begins teaching responsibilities in the Spring 2026 semester. Courses are delivered in-person during the day and evening online hybrid or a combination. In addition to instruction position responsibilities include student advising curriculum development assessment and other related duties.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business Administration
- 5 or more years of experience in Operations and Strategic Management
- Teaching experience at the post-secondary level
Preferred Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with Brightspace or other Learning Management Systems
- Student advising experience
