Job Summary

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Flagstaff AZ
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Pay: $75/hour No weekends or overtime

Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat residents/patients with speech hearing swallowing and cognitive challenges. This role involves providing therapy developing treatment plans and collaborating with physicians rehab staff and nursing teams. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Speech Language Pathology
Active Arizona SLP license
TB test (2nd Step or QuantiFERON Gold)
CPR/BLS Certification

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients and create individualized therapy plans
Provide direct therapy and monitor progress
Educate residents/patients and families on therapy techniques
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with HIPAA
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
