Position Overview
We are seeking a Wheel Reconditioning Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on position involves restoring alloy wheels to OEM condition using advanced repair paint and refinishing techniques. Youll work directly on-site at partner dealerships using state-of-the-art equipment and eco-friendly materials in a clean professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect and assess wheels for cosmetic and structural damage (curb rash scrapes gouges oxidation and bends)
Prepare sand mask and refinish wheels using Car Shieldapproved materials and color-matching processes
Operate mobile reconditioning trucks equipped with OEM-matched wheel paints and explosion-proof filtration systems
Maintain a clean organized workspace and ensure all safety procedures are followed
Communicate effectively with dealership staff and Car Shield management
Document completed work accurately through internal tracking systems
Qualifications
Previous experience in wheel repair auto painting or collision reconditioning preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate standard automotive tools
