In this role youll manage a full spectrum of responsibilities essential to exemplary LTC nursing. Core duties include providing direct clinical care administering medications and treatments and monitoring residents vital signs and conditions with precision. You will develop implement and regularly update individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians therapists and social workers ensuring that each plan aligns with residents goals and preferences. Youll oversee wound care IV therapy within scope and chronic disease management while implementing evidence-based practices to reduce falls infections and hospitalizations.
