We are currently seeking aContract Managerfor our Miami Signature Bridge project inMiami FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with underwriting risk with respect to projects we are pursuing providing risk management solutions and drafting and negotiating various contracts including partnership agreements design agreements and owner construction contracts.
Our new contract manager will learn quickly with hands-on experience and independent responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree and Juris Doctor Degree required
1-3 years of related experience
Ability to negotiate legal and commercial issues arising from contracts
Transactional experience or construction/surety law experience is preferred but not necessary
Problem solving skills together with the confidence to take the initiative on projects
Strong communication skills and attention-to-detail are essential
