National Investment Consultant
Location: Denver CO Hybrid
Get To Know The Team:
You will join a ten person team of hybrid National Investment Consultants and assist with a six person Business Intelligence team. You will cover a specific region of the country and will be responsible for raising ALPS awareness and AUM through the positioning of our ETF and MF addition to your sales responsibilities our BI team needs a testing and reporting resource to act as an extension of the team helping with a variety of tasks to create efficiencies among of sales.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Raise ALPS Advisor AUM through personal sales efforts
- Office Days: Tuesday-Thursday in Denver CO (Additional days as needed)

- Travel will be with elite advisors and teams where a portfolio specialist will also be in attendance to help drive impact
- Team Meetings:
- Attend Monthly with National Investment Consultants only
- Attend Weekly sales and specialist Pod meetings
- Attend Weekly meetings with the BI team as necessary

Individual and Team Performance Requirements:
- Emails Per Day:
- 10 personalized and researched prospect communications targeting RIAs elite Wire and Independent advisors
- 15 personalized and researched communications through timely and specific focus campaigns producers new producers tasks etc.
- Weekly PM/Specialist Calls:
- 1 high quality prospect call
- 1-2 with qualified advisors and teams
- Daily Outbound Calls:
- 15 targeted campaign calls daily
- 15 follow-up calls with top producers prospects in territory rotation daily
- ETF Net New Asset Goal: $
- Established ETFs: $ in established ETFs
- Under $100M ETFs: $ in developmental products. Product focus determined by opportunity and research
- ETF New Producer Funding: 5-10 per month where we can measure
- USCF: 50 focus calls per quarter. 5 per strategy minimum.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent and 3-5 years in the investment industry.
- Excellent writing quantitative and communication skills as well as strong attention to detail.
- Strong market ETF and industry knowledge. Passion for investments and capital markets as well as desire to learn and grow.
- Experience working with advisors of all types including RIAs wirehouses and independents.
- Expertise in model portfolio design and implementation asset allocation ideas and ETF due diligence processes.
- The individual must balance the energy of independent self-starter with the collaborative capability of a team player and be able to work on multiple sales campaigns delivering high-quality work and sales results.
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities over time as appropriate.
- A positive attitude and a high level of professionalism are essential.
- The position requires extensive use of internal and external systems and databases and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work autonomously; effectively handle multiple tasks prioritize deadlines appropriately.
- Embrace data and business intelligence designed to help target the right opportunities and deliver effective results.
- Willingness to travel as necessary. Must be able to organize a strong travel schedule with elite advisors and teams.
- Series 7 and 63 licensed required.
