Physical Therapist (PT) Flagstaff AZ
Pay: $80$90/hr Schedule: MondayFriday 8 AM5 PM No weekends or overtime

Were hiring a Physical Therapist to evaluate plan and provide therapy services that improve residents strength mobility and overall well-being. Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams in a supportive environment. When daily work is complete you may leave early.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy
Active Arizona PT License
2nd Step TB Test or QuantiFERON Gold Blood Test
1 year experience preferred (acute care LTC or rehab)
Entry-level candidates welcome
