We are currently looking for a Sr Analyst Production Planning to join our team in Franklin TN.
The Senior Analyst will support the Regional Production Planning (RPP) team by coordinating innovation workflows managing cross-functional data initiatives leading project development activities and overseeing internal dashboard development and maintenance. This role requires strong analytical and project management skills along with the ability to collaborate effectively across IS and business-led data teams.
A Day in the Life:
Coordinate workflow and priorities for the RPP innovation team.
Partner with IS and business-led data teams to align on data strategy and execution.
Lead the creation enhancement and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools.
Provide project management support for key initiatives within the RPP team.
Who Were Looking for:
Proficiency in VBA Tableau Power BI Microsoft Access and Snowflake.
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Visio for creating detailed process maps and Advanced Excel for data analysis modeling and reporting.
Experience with SQL Alteryx or Python is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong ability to analyze document and map business processes from end to end including the creation of user stories and workflow diagrams that clearly define functional requirements and process flows.
Exceptional skills in leading and supporting change initiatives including stakeholder engagement communication planning and adoption strategies to ensure the successful implementation of new processes or technologies.
Minimum of 5 years of related experience in analytics planning or data-driven roles.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
