Position Details:
- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

- Shift Time: 4:00pm - 12:00 am
- Shift Days: Monday - Friday
General Duties:
**MUST HAVE FLOORING EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE**
Responsible for the floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets (dust and wet mopping stripping waxing buffing shampooing extraction and bonneting) of areas that include offices corridors lobbies entrances stairwells and other public areas
Applies stripper to floors to remove old wax then refinishes floors with the new wax product.
- Vacuuming restroom cleaning window cleaning dusting trash disposal emergency requests and many other miscellaneous cleaning duties.
- Standing walking and bending will be required for all job duties for the entire shift.
- Must be hardworking reliable customer service-oriented friendly professional and able to work well on a team.
Requirements:
- Personal smartphone
- Reliable transportation
- Pass a criminal background check. We background check ALL potential employees.
- Lift 35 lbs carry full trash bags operate and lift janitorial equipment lift and stock janitorial supplies.
- Speak read and write English.
- Candidate must be able to pass an additional background check through the Charleston County Sheriffs Office.
- Candidate must be able to be without their cell phone for extended periods of time.
- Candidate must have experience stripping waxing and buffing VCT flooring; any other types of floor care experience are recommended but not required.
