Job Summary
Purpose Statement: Strategicallydrive cost efficiency byproactivelynegotiating and repricing key contracts while fostering robust collaborative relationships with bothinternal stakeholdersand essential suppliers.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Strategic Sourcing and Cost Reduction: Leverage market intelligence and spend data to identify analyze and implement innovative sourcing strategies that proactively drive cost efficiencies and deliver measurable savings.
- Contract Negotiation and Execution: Lead the negotiation and repricing of key supplier contracts to ensure optimal terms legal compliance and strategic alignment with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder and Relationship Management: Cultivate robust collaborative relationships with essential external suppliers and internal stakeholders across all organizational levels to ensure seamless contract execution and service delivery.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.
Other Qualifications:
- Procurement supply chain distribution and logistics competence
- Strong experience driving KPIs
- Demonstrated RFQ management capabilities
- Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization
- Strong data analysis and decision-making capabilities
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Project management experience
Physical Requirements:
- Professional office environment with suitable lighting comfortable temperatures and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk using a computer and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.
Travel Requirements:
- Less than 40%
