Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lecturer to deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across a range of Health and Social Care programmes. You will play a key role in supporting student success contributing to curriculum development and maintaining strong links with industry.

Actual Salary: 19675.83 - 24904.87

Working Pattern: Monday and Wednesday : 8:30am to 5:00pm & Friday : 8:30 to 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching learning and assessment across Health and Social Care programmes.
  • Act as a Programme Tutor supporting student progress retention and achievement.
  • Use innovative teaching methods and digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
  • Monitor and manage student behaviour attendance and engagement.
  • Contribute to curriculum planning quality assurance and course development.

Essential Criteria

  • A relevant vocational qualification in Health and Social Care.
  • Minimum GCSE Grade C/4 in English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Experience or knowledge of working in a Health and Social Care setting.
  • Ability to create an inclusive engaging and supportive learning environment.
  • Strong communication organisational and IT skills.
