Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Regional Operations Manager to join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in delivering high-quality facilities services across six schools in Victorias fastest-growing communities. Reporting to the New Schools PPP Project - Contract Manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

  • Lead the delivery of maintenance operations and support services across multiple school sites ensuring excellence in service and compliance.
  • Supervise and coordinate a diverse team including School Officers Cleaning Team Leaders and Facilities Supervisors to foster a positive and high-performing culture.
  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement through strategic planning and change management.
  • Manage financial performance and risk ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to budget and compliance standards.
  • Champion safety quality and sustainability through regular audits toolbox talks and adherence to WHS and environmental policies.

What Youll Bring

  • Proven experience in facilities management cleaning services or building maintenance with relevant trade or tertiary qualifications.
  • Strong leadership capabilities including staff training supervision and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a commitment to professional behaviours and service excellence.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with compliance and reporting systems.
  • Required certifications including a valid Drivers Licence Working with Children Check and Police Check.
