Job Summary

Responsibilities

Sr. IT Manager for Intelligrated Headquarters LLC in Mason OH

Responsibilities:

Lead IT strategy and assure effective IT delivery for a Line of Business region or function within Honeywell.
Act as the primary interface to business leaders to define requirements and drive execution of growth and productivity solutions enabled through existing and emerging information technology.
Act as a key member of the business leadership team by engaging in all aspects of running the business with a specialization in the use of technology to fulfill business objectives.
Develop business IT strategy recommend IT solution roadmaps and set local IT priorities.
Drive continuous improvement ensure compliance and cyber safety as well as manage expenses to IT Annual Operating Plan.
Run MOS for solution delivery provide IT updates to business educate business on technology and manage IT professionals.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE:

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science Information Technology Electronic Engineering or related field and 8 years of experience in implementing and maintaining and modernizing ERP applications such as Oracle/SAP with experience in key modules like Engineering Planning Manufacturing (BOM WIP etc.) Purchasing Order Management Inventory Warehouse Management/Mobile Supply chain.
Must have 5 years experience with the following: managing and system integrations; interfacing with business process owners and supporting and interacting with team members at all levels of the organization; and experience directing and prioritizing onshore/offshore resources for functional and technical support.
Must have 2 years experience in leading IT strategy developing road maps.
Must have 1 year of experience with knowledge of Gen AI Python programming skills and RAG architecture are required to build modern applications leveraging ERP data. Certifications required: CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) and CSM (Certified ScrumMaster).
Up to 15% of travel to domestic and international engagements.
Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.
