DescriptionYou will report directly to our Senior Engineering Manager and youll work out of our Glendale Arizona location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role you will lead a team of approximately 10 engineers to design build and maintain test consoles utilized to test Reaction Wheel Assemblies and Control Moment Gyroscopes. Your leadership will ensure that these critical systems meet the highest standards of quality and reliability contributing to the success of our aerospace products.

QualificationsU.S. Citizen Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences technology engineering or mathematics
- 8+ years of engineering experience in the aerospace industry.
- Experience with test systems and their development.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in engineering tools and methodologies including CAD software and project management tools.
