Registered Nurse: Intensive Care Unit
Bestica is seeking Registered Nurse Intensive Care Unit to provide services to Joint Base Fort Lewis-McChord Tacoma WA.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Associates degree in nursing (ASN) Graduate from a college or university accredited by Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or as otherwise identified in the TO.
- One Year of Experience in Nursing
- Current unrestricted RN license in one of the 50 US States and/or territories.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- US Citizen
- NACI background check
Task and Responsibilities:
- Performs critical care duties to include assessing planning implementing and evaluating age-specific nursing care across all ages.
- Functions as a patient advocate. Assesses patient/ family knowledge level develops and implements a plan of instruction and documents demonstrated level of understanding.
- Manages care of patients for a wide range of procedures of an advanced nature and difficulty where there is a high risk for infection and bodily functions are mechanically assisted by life support equipment.
- Nurses who will assist in providing conscious sedation must have conscious sedation training provided at MAMC prior to providing conscious sedation.
- HCWs will be required to float within similar specialties
