Weve got an exciting Content Strategist opportunity open. Ideal candidates will have experience developing strategies and communication plans to engage internal employees and leaders with the AWM story. You will consult with leaders and subject matter experts regularly pitch new ideas utilize metrics and analytics and creatively ideate and execute. ***Please include your portfolio along with your resume for consideration.

Responsibilities

Creates in-depth compelling internal communications and positioning on a range of subjects including Vanguard products and services divisional strategy crew engagement community stewardship and DEI.
Displays versatility in producing clear communications through a wide range of styles and channels including responsive web pages campaigns emails presentations blogs videos letters articles videos and social media.
Presents and sells content and design solutions to leadership project teams partners and stakeholders.
Assumes a leadership role on key projects for the department that require data analytics and subject matter expertise including responsive web pages timely communications campaigns visioning testing and news.
Provides creative direction and guidance on messaging and/or content strategy across mediums-working closely and collaboratively with designers writers developers and business leaders. Informs departments processes by identifying recurring issues for future improvements.
Serves as mentor to less experienced writers by providing specific feedback on their copy story ideas new media formatting and interviewing skills.
Research and stay up to date on the latest developments in content trends and crew/consumer behavior.
Maintains calendar of project deadlines and content launch dates ensuring consistency.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum five years related work experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
