Vehicle Technician

Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:30pm!

Up to 45000 Basic Salary!

A long-established well-respected independent workshop is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a stable long-term opportunity within a business known for its quality workmanship and loyal customer base.

The site handles a varied mix of cars vans and small minibuses offering a hands-on role with plenty of variety and no weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out diagnostics servicing and general repairs across a range of vehicles
• Perform electrical fault-finding and diagnostic testing
• Complete mechanical work including clutches cambelts timing chains brakes tyres and exhausts
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Assist with MOT testing where qualified (beneficial but not essential)

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years workshop experience
• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
• Strong diagnostic and electrical abilities
• Confident working independently within a traditional hands-on environment
• Full UK driving licence

Salary and Benefits

• per year dependent on experience
• Monday to Friday 8:00am5:30pm (no weekends)
• Supportive team environment
