Job Summary

Primary Purpose & Function

We are looking for a highly organized and versatileMarketing Coordinatorto join ourteamin a part-time thisroleyoullbe instrumental in supporting the execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives that engage our prospects educate our clients and support our sales efforts.

Reporting to the CEOyoullberesponsibleformarketingeventand social mediacoordinationwhileassistingourMarketing agencies andinternal stakeholdersto meetproject timelines. The ideal candidateis a strong project manager has a background in social mediaand marketingand iscomfortable operatingindependentlyin a fast-pacedandservice-driven environment.

This is a part-time position (20 hours/week W2) and will beremotebased in CA with the ability to visit the HQ office in Lafayette is Monday through Friday11-3pm PTbutisextremely flexible.

The hourly rate is $27-32 / hour based on experience.

Essential Functions &Responsibilities

Content &Social MediaCoordination:

  • Support the creation editing and distribution of marketing content&materialsincludingcase studiesarticlespress releasespresentation decksas well aswebsite content& updates.

  • AssistexternalCopywriters by posting approved case studies on Clutch and creating articles for postings

  • Assist SEO agency including updatingXantriononline profiles based on their requirementsand providing relevantHubspotdata and reports

  • Assistwith scheduling and postingapprovedsocial content on LinkedIn and other platforms to build authority and drive a timely mannerandmonitoronline reputation.

  • Participate in weekly Sales & Marketingmeetings ensuring thealignment ofmarketing efforts with sales goals and events.

  • Participate in weekly Copy meetings acting as a project coordinator toensuredeadlinesare being met.

  • Coordinate award data submissionsandassistinperformingcompany &competitive researchas needed.

Event Coordination& VendorSupport:

  • Provide marketing and administrativesupportforindustry educational andmarketingeventsclient webinarsandconferences.

  • Manage eventlogisticsincludingtravel requirementsvendorcoordinationregistrationsmarketing & eventmaterials(signage booth set-up etc.)catering AVand any othereventneeds.

  • AssistMarketing agency with event giveaways including shipping & receiving and research support as needed.

  • Support the planning and execution ofanyXantrionHQ events.

Position Requirements

  • PreviousMarketing Event andSocial Media experiencerequiredideally within an IT Services & IT Consulting environment.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms including HubSpot.

  • PowerPoint andLinkedInPlatformExperience.

  • Experience with Microsoft productivity suite.

  • Proven experiencesuccessfullyworking remotelywith the ability tooperateindependently.

  • Excellent written communication&detail-orientationespecially when reviewing technical content or client-facing materials.

  • Excellentprojectand timemanagementskillswith the ability to hit deadlines.

  • Nice to haves include:

  • Sitting or Standing for Long Periods: Ability to remain seated or standing at a workstation for extended durations with regular breaks to prevent fatigue.

  • Viewing a Computer Monitor: Sustained ability to focus on a computer screen for tasks such as reading typing and data entry withappropriate lightingand screen settings to reduce eye strain.

  • Digital Dexterity and Hand/Eye Coordination: Proficient use of hands and fingers tooperateoffice equipment including frequent alpha/numeric keyboarding mouse usage and handling other peripherals.

  • Oral Communications: Engaging in clear and effective verbal communication over the phone video calls and occasionally in person requiring strong speech and active listening skills.

  • Use of Peripheral Devices: Handling and operating devices such as a mouse headset and other computer accessories with precision.

  • Periodic Travel to Customer Offices: Willingness and ability to travel to customer offices asrequired which may involve air travel drivingride-sharing or using public transportation.

  • Must have an existing cell phone (running current Android or iOS).

  • IfapplicableXantrionwill provide a cell phone internet connection and home office equipment allowance.

When Working Remote

  • Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection that effectively supports work responsibilities including video conferencing.

  • Must have a dedicated secure and private workspace. Unless arranged byXantrion shared work environments such as coworking spaces are unacceptable. Client information must always be kept private.

  • Must useXantrion-provided PC and headset to execute job functions.
