Job Summary

Were looking for an Operations Manager to join our Institutional Retirement Finance team. This is a pivotal role focused on planning coordination and delivery across complex reporting processes. If you thrive on organising prioritising and driving results in a large corporate environment this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

You wont be crunching numbers or producing accounts this is about operational delivery. Youll bring structure clarity and momentum to critical activities ensuring teams stay on track and outcomes are achieved.

    What youll be doing:

    • Leading planning and prioritisation of reporting activities across multiple teams
    • Coordinating delivery plans and monitoring progress to keep projects on track
    • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Institutional Retirement and Group functions
    • Driving governance and escalation processes to manage risks and compliance
    • Facilitating timely flow of data and information through effective supplier oversight
    • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and embedding best practices
    • Supporting operational readiness for new business transactions and change initiatives
    • Acting as a visible point of contact across the business to align priorities and resolve blockers

    Qualifications :

    Who were looking for:

    • Proven experience in project or operations management within large organisations
    • Strong organisational skills a true completer-finisher who keeps things moving
    • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple teams
    • Ability to navigate complex corporate structures and gain alignment on priorities
    • Experience in financial services or similar regulated environments desirable
    • Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving clarity through structured planning
    • Highly proactive resilient and confident in managing competing priorities
    • Professional qualifications in project management or equivalent experience advantageous
